Recently, Stephen and I spent an afternoon at Whole Foods with Fred Thompson, publisher of Edible Piedmont Magazine. Fred was interested in helping his followers learn more about craft beer, and we were more than obliged to help him out.
This short video is a great introduction to three of our beers (Endless River Kolsch, Old Neighborhood Oatmeal Porter and Weeping Willow Wit.) It has an added bonus: Fred offers a great beer cheese soup recipe made with Sunny Haze, our German Style Hefeweizen. We also have a short chat with Fred about the importance of sustainability as a fundamental element of Mother Earth Brewing- and specifically discuss the merits of our unique 6pk holders.
