After a year of uncertainty, we're excited to once again be able to host our favorite day of the year, Silent Night Day! This special event celebrates the annual release of our fan favorite, Silent Night Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout. This year's release was brewed with a special Counter Culture Coffee "Iridescent" blend and aged meticulously in Blanton's bourbon barrels for a bold and robust, yet smooth and refined finish.
We've brewed up two limited-release Silent Night variants as well:
- 2021 Weller 12: Silent Night aged for 24 months in Weller 12 barrels
- 2021 Mother Earth Spirits Grand Reserve: Silent Night aged for 24 months in Mother Earth Spirits Whiskey barrels
- 2021 Weller 12: Silent Night aged for 24 months in Weller 12 barrels
- 2021 Mother Earth Spirits Grand Reserve: Silent Night aged for 24 months in Mother Earth Spirits Whiskey barrels
Both variations of Silent Night will be available on tap, in addition to a wide variety of Silent Night vintages. Flights for vintages from 2018-2021 will be available for purchase with options to add this year's variants or older vintages as well. For extra seasonal fun, local chocolate artisan Woodberry Chocolate Company will be selling handcrafted chocolate bonbons to pair with a flight! And if you get hungry for lunch, Skullie's Street Q Food Truck will be serving up delicious gourmet grilled cheeses and other types of sandwiches from noon to 4:30 pm!
